Perhaps a little time on the East End is just what JLO needs as her divorce from Mark Anthony is finalized. The NY Daily News is reporting that the American Idol judge is close to purchasing the $17.995 million Watermill manse.

So what would this price tag offer the callipygian singer from the block?

Situated on 2 waterfront acres, the new construction offers a clinic in luxury. Designed by architect John Laffey and built by Richard Perrillo of East End Builders, the 3-story home boasts ultra high-end details like heated marble floors in the master bath (just one of 10) and imported limestone flooring in the foyer. In addition to 7 luxurious bedrooms with walk-in closets, 7 fireplaces and a media room, the included elevator can take you to the numerous spacious rooms perfect for entertaining.

Jenny is moving to a brand new block!

The newly single star has just splurged on an $18 million 15,037 square foot, 7 bed/9.5 bath Hamptons beach house in Water Mill, NY

The 19-room mansion boasts seven fireplaces (5 inside and 2 outside), imported limestone floors, a spiral staircase and elevator, a detached parking garage for at least 3 cars, a guest house, eat-in kitchen, gym, walk-in closest, a football field-sized yard, 2 laundry rooms, a pool and pool house, and scenic views across the Mecox Bay towards the Atlantic.

The three-story Hamptons hideaway also comes complete with it's own dock, incase J.Lo suddenly decides to take up sailing.

Looks like three-year-old twins Max and Emme will have even more room to play!
