Country music hit maker Jason Aldean had resided in the Nashville, Tennessee suburb of Spring Hill since early 2006 before purchasing this newly-constructed home on seventeen acres in the nearby town of Thompson's Station in December 2009.

Built in 1985, Aldean paid $935,000 for the 2,729 square foot home which also has large swimming pool. The home was renovated in 2005 and had an original listing price of $999,000.
