Country music star Jo Dee Messina has sold her Framingham, Massachusetts home which she purchased in late 2004. The new owners, Juan and Elizabeth Bradley, paid $307,500 for the 1,492 square foot Cape Cod-style home with three bedrooms, one full bathroom and one half. The home was built in 1946 and also offers a rear deck.
Jo Dee Messina's house in Framingham, MA has sold for $307,500.Messina paid $390,000 for the home and originally placed it on the market in September of 2008 for $410,000 but had reduced the price to $314,900 just prior to the sale.
Jo Dee Messina was born in Framingham and now resides in Franklin, Tennessee with her husband Chris Deffenbaugh.
