After purchasing homes in south Florida and Nashville in recent years, Nick Carter of the supergroup the Backstreet Boys is now renting a beachfront home in Malibu. The pop star's scenic rental penthouse has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and 2,200 square feet. The home was recently remodeled and also offers private beach access.
