Bill Gates will reportedly rent a $600,000-a-month mansion in South Florida for his daughter... so she can be near an equestrian festival.
America's richest man is believed to have signed a six-month lease on the $12.9million property in Wellington, Florida.

Daughter Jennifer, 15, is expected to train and compete in show jumping at the nearby Winter Equestrian Festival in Palm Beach.
But Mr Gates two other homes - in Lake Washington, Seattle, and Wyoming - were too far for her to transport her horses to compete.
The 7,352 sq ft estate has eight bedrooms, a barn, stables and horse training area and a guarded access road, according to Gawker.
It also boasts a wine room and a media room.
The Microsoft founder has an option to buy the house at the end of the lease.
James Kelly, who lives nearby in Mallet Hill, told Gossip Extra: 'The attention that someone like Bill Gates brings might be good for property values.
'I assume he'll be like everybody else who lives here, quiet and keeping to himself.'
It is not clear if Mr Gates and his wife Melinda will be living at the property.

Bill and Melinda Gates have three children and the home offers plenty of room for both people and horses. The expansive property includes a barn, stables and horse training area and is within walking distance of the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center. New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg owns a home nearby which is primarily used by his daughter Georgina, who also jumps horses. The property also has a pool.
The home measures 7,352 square feet and one of the most intriguing features is a large wine room, set off from the dining room by floor-to-ceiling glass.
