Rapper/actor Shad Moss better known as Bow Wow previously resided in the Sugarloaf Country Club of Duluth, Georgia. Bow Wow sold the two-story ranch design home at 2315 Sugarloaf Club Dr. in April of 2009 to Major League Baseball pitcher Kenshin Kawakami. The home offers four bedrooms, four bathrooms, movie theater, swimming pool, and a new kitchen. Bow Wow fetched $850,000 for the home - a full $100,000 less than the original asking price of $950,000. Bow Wow sold his Sugarloaf Country Club home to Major League Baseball pitcher Kenshin Kawakami.Bow Wow had purchased the home back in 2006 when he turned eighteen.
Bow Wow's mother is also trying to unload her home in Sugarloaf which she purchased in September of 2002. Located at 2838 Grey Moss Pass the home offers a gourmet kithen, library, wet bar, media room, gym, game room, swimming pool & spa, and has an asking price of $1,995,000.
