Elijah Woods has listed his house in Santa Monica, which was once owned by Dylan McDermott, for $1.85 million.

Woods purchased the 2,130 square-foot house in 1999 for $1.45 million.

The listing on Zillow reads:

"The Santa Monica home is a classic 1920s Spanish-style bungalow with a wood-burning fireplace and hardwood floors as well as a Victorian-style front door and British brewery cast iron tiles in the foyer. Coved walls, a circular tower front entry and French doors add to the home's overall 1920s feel. The house's layout includes a large living room, dining room, large den, and additional office. Outside, there is a one-bed, one-bath guest house. Another officespace is attached to a two-car garage."

But the listing does note that the home may need some remodeling or updating.
