Tucker, 39, bought the 10,000-sq.-ft. waterfront home on Lake Apopka, near Orlando, in the pricey Bella Collina community in 2007 for $6 million. It contains five bedrooms, three fireplaces, a personal spa, an outdoor kitchen overlooking a pool, and a basement outfitted to resemble a pirate ship, including the sail.

Tucker's was among eight luxury homes displayed during a "Street of Dreams" event at the height of the real-estate boom in 2006, when unimproved one-acre parcels in the budding enclave of the highly rich sold for hundreds of thousands of dollars. Some lots sold for more than $1 million.

Tucker was a frequent performer on Def Comedy Jam in the early 90s. He made his film debut in "House Party 3" (1994). "Rush Hour 2," which was released in 2001, reportedly grossed more than $345 million worldwide.

Court documents reportedly show an $11.5 million IRS lien on the home in 2011 in order to collect federal income taxes from Tucker, whose monthly mortgage payment, court documents show, was $25,812.50.

Tucker's mansion has an assessed value of $1.6 million, according to the property appraiser's site.

The Times Union of Albany, N.Y., reports that Tucker's comedy show scheduled in New York City for this Sunday -- a rescheduling of a postponed Sept. 3 performance -- has been canceled because of "unforeseen circumstances
