We all know Dirk Nowitzki’s house, not too far from the dual-mansion spread of Dr. Richard Malouf over there on Strait Lane. I’ve written about it so much I feel like maybe I could move in as long as I brought a big bag of Sam’s toilet tissue — lots of bathrooms.
Jason Terry lives up in Frisco, in a Mediterranean style house, in a community called Country Club Estates, according to Dallas Realtor Bonnie Besserer who, like me, is obsessed with sports stars homes. The Terrys bought their home five years ago for $1.4M. Word is the Terrys love the Frisco schools — Terry and his wife, Johnyika, have four daughters -- Jasionna, Jalayah, Jaida, and Jasa Azuré. His younger sister, Lyric, used to live with them in Dallas.

Jason Kidd was born in San Francisco and raised in the Oakland Hills, an upper middle class section of Oakland. He has a home address in Nutley, New Jersey, but Kidd also owns a 2,607 square foot condo at the Azure, on the 21st floor, which he bought in 2008. DCAD value is $1.3 ish. Wonder if he knowsGreg Brady up there in 3001? But in September 2001, Kidd bought this 11,952 square foot spread, on the same street as friend Vince Carter, for $2.65M. Hopefully, it’s a second home.
Tyson Chandler and his wife Kimberly are super great people — they recently organized a charity to help New Orleans families who suffered from Hurricane Katrina. He and Kimberly have a home in Rancho Santa Fe, California, which is stunning, and honestly, I’d keep it as a second home forever. But we can offer suggestions on where he could buy ... or lease ... in Dallas!
