T-Boz is selling her home in Sugarloaf Country Club. She’s asking for $1,250,000 and the house is 9,654 square feet with 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. T-Boz bought her house in July of 2001 for $1,122,700. She also owns another home in Jonesboro, GA which had a notice of default filed against it in June of 2009. In 2008 she lost a home in Decatur to foreclosure. I believe she said she didn’t know about that house and it was a home belonging to Mack 10 her ex-husband.

Tionne Tenese Watkins better known as "T-Boz" from the group TLC was born April 26, 1970. T-Boz, along with fellow TLC members the late Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes, and Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas, released the album Ooooooohhh....On the TLC Tip in 1992. This album produced the hit singles: "Ain't 2 Proud 2 Beg", "What About your Friends", and "Baby-Baby-Baby".

In 1994 TLC released CrazySexyCool which spawned the hits "Red Light Special", "Diggin' On You", "Creep" and "Waterfalls".

T-Boz has called the Atlanta, Georgia-area home since moving to Atlanta from Iowa with her family when she was 9 years-of-age. T-Boz now calls the Lake Spivey community in Jonesboro her primary residence after selling another home located in Dunwoody back in 2005. Jonesboro is located approximately 12 miles southwest of Atlanta and has a population of 3,829 according to the 2000 census.

Among many other amenities, T-Boz's Jonesboro home, which she purchsed in 1998, offers two-stories, fireplace, jacuzzi, and is located on a private golf course. The home was built in 1995 and is currently worth approximately $800,000.
