Usher Raymond House

Usher Raymond IV has been riding high on the success of his Raymond vs. Raymond project and has been living la vida loca after his highly publicized messy divorce from Tameka Foster Glover Raymond.

A few months have passed and it appears that Usher is ready to make that move. The star, who owns TWO palatial estates in Roswell, Georgia is rumored to be considering putting one of them on the market. And it just so happens to be the one that Tameka and his kids currently reside that Ush is thinking of selling…

According to an email I received yesterday, Tameka may be downsizing reeeeal soon:

My good friend who is a Receptionist at a well-known Atlanta Real Estate Firm called me today and said that one of Usher’s people contacted their office inquiring about having one of their Real Estate professionals meet with him to place his $3.2 million dollar Roswell/Crabapple, Georgia estate home that he shared with Tameka Foster on the market. The home is located on 4 acres in the beautiful gated Glenayre community and Tameka and the kids are presently living in it.

The gorgeous European, Traditional has 5 huge bedrooms along with 5 baths. The home also has an oversized Bonus Room, Exercise Room, Family Room, Library/Office, Recreation Room, Separate Living Room and a ground pool. The home has a line work-out center on the terrace level along with a complete game room and bar. Usher also has a private garage that can house 8 cars from his collection.

Woooow! Y’all already know how I feel about Tameka but I’m actually surprised. I wouldn’t think Usher would do this to his kids. Hell… he knows Meka and all her chil’ren need space! They’ll never fit in her tiny lil boutique.

Let’s hope this is just one of those “vicious rumors” shes always tweeting about.

Usher, whose full name is Usher Raymond IV, was born October 14, 1978. Usher and his family moved to Atlanta, Georgia when he was 12-years-old.

Usher scored a huge hit in 2004 with the single "Yeah!" which reached #1 on the charts and stayed there for 12 weeks. Usher's very own single "Burn" would go on to replace "Yeah!" at #1, where it would stay for 8 weeks.

Usher made Teen People magazine's reader-selected Power List in the second annual Young Hollywood issue. In addition to his phenomenal musical accomplishments, Usher is also co-owner of the Cleveland Cavaliers.

After calling the Atlanta suburb of Alpharetta his home for several years, in March of 2007 Usher paid just under $3.3 million for a two-story European-style mansion in the scenic town of Roswell, Georgia.

This home offers six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, workout room, huge parking garage, plus a pool and spa.
