Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady's $20m Brentwood, CA mansion is proceeding well, and judging from the pictures it will be very grand even for LA standards. The house will be a total of 22000 sq ft (2000m2) - pretty much 15 times the average house!
Even Arnold Schwarzenegger's house across the street looks rather small compared to this luxury pad in the making. The house will have a lift, lagoon-shaped pool, wine cellar, parking for six cars, weights room and a covered bridge connecting two buildings.
