Trousdale Estate, a French Regency-style estate was built in 1958 and has city-to-ocean views. This gated compound is over 5100 sq ft (470 m2) and the interior is light and airy consisting of mainly white tones.
But looking at the side gate with Elvis memorial scribbings makes you wonder if the tenants need to deal with the nuisance of sometimes too eager fans of the legend?
